It's a girls curse to have that. I am in no means out of shape, i mean i have abs. I just also have a little fat on my lower stomach. Its not even fat, just idk there. Try to do crunches with your legs on the floor not bent up. That way it targets your lower abs.

Try a life style change. Eat better and work out more consistently. There is no magic tummy fat exercise that will target this problem alone.

I agree with the above answer. All the exercise in the world cannot guarantee you a toned tummy. Diet is very important when you want to lose the final pounds. There are many ideas out there about what a good diet is. You can check out; http://www.dietsfordummies.com for some options!

They say that just fast walking is the best thing for that type of fat.

keeping fit requires a constant commitment to exercise and a reduced calorie diet. keeping your caloric intake in between 1400-1800 calories a day is important for weight loss...but these calories need to be coming from fruit/veggies, healthy fats, whole grain carbs and lean protein sources. in addition you have to stick with every day exercise to see body fat reduction. it typically takes 4-6 weeks to start seeing any kind of results and even longer to see the results you want. don't give up! a total body weight training routine will also help you tone and tighten problem areas. for routine ideas consult a fitness magazine such as shape, fitness or women's health. weight lifting is an extremely potent way to lose weight that most women neglect because they have silly preconceptions about getting too bulky or too large. this is not possible for a normal woman. the women that do look like that, the body building athletes get that way only with rediculously hard training and 100% perfect eating habits which are very hard to follow unless you have the specific goal of adding muscle mass. sometimes they even take drugs to make themselves bigger because as women we simply do not produce enough testosterone to grow large muscles. as we age, we tend to lose lean muscle mass which is replaced by fat. the more lean muscle mass you have, the faster your metabolism will burn not just while you are exercising but even at rest! make sure that you continue to challenge your body with your exercise routine when you start to feel that your routine is getting too easy. you can do this by adding time, switching to a different exercise, increasing intensity, interval training, or in the case of weight lifting adding more weight. if its too easy, then that means your body has adapted and you aren't burning as many calories as you were when your started. adaptation tends to occur in a 4-6 week period. all of these things i have suggested will help reduce your total body fat percentage. fat sits on top of muscle so you must get rid of the fat on top in order to see your results below. best wishes:)
