If i tone up and gain more lean muscle, will i lose my cheeks?!

Question: ok. my face is chubby. its really really chubby.
i want to get rid of it.

so i heard losing weight will make your cheeks shrink. but i dont want to lose weight! im like skinny-average.

i read somewhere that the more you weigh, the more you burn calories, and then you burn fat. yeah so if i tone up and gain muscle weight, will my chubby cheeks shrink? its kinda hard to explain but..

please help me

lol

When a person loses fat, it is not localized. Instead, it is lost all over your body (as proof, look around, and you'll notice that there are no people with six packs and fat butts and legs.) Losing weight may make your cheeks shrink, but it will also make you shrink everywhere else at the same time.

Fat is energy from food that your body has stored, and everybody stores fat disproportionally in different places. It may just be that you store a disproportionate amount in your face.

So, to finally answer your question, if you "tone up", and if by "tone up" you mean sensibly lose fat, then yes, your cheeks, along with the rest of you, will probably shrink.

I lose boobs first then my but then my face. I don't know how much you have to lose but it might not be worth it.

you should. if you loose body fat and gain muscle you might not loose any weight per say. However, when you loose body fat you will most likely trim up all over. I'm a very skinny person and i put on about 10 pounds a year ago and several people said they could see the differance in my face. hope this help.
