Very overweight?!


Question: i cant belive this i am only 12 and i weight WAY over 100lbs how can i loose weight and fast. i just cant help myself sometimes the food is right there in front of me. and this is the worst part i HATE vegies can someone PLEASE help me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

I am 12 too and i am about 90 pounds. Exercise more, or go for long walks. Drink water, lots of it. And if you don't like veggies try them with dip or eat fruit. So if you have the munchies don't go for chip or candy, try eating something healthy, try different veggies and fruit you'll be amazed at how much you will like stuff, do you like sushi? Sushi is really healthy. When you feel that urge to go grab something to eat stop yourself and just think, is this going to be good for me or not. What i like to do is when im about to grab a snack i say too myself 'Am i really that hungry or do i just want to eat?' Sometimes you get bored so thats what you do. so try to stop yourself, hope this helps. :)

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.

I think you need to see a nutritionist. I am sure your parents would help you with this. There is no FAST way lose a bunch of weight that is safe. Starving yourself will make you gain more weight in the long run (this is a proven fact). It sounds as if you are overeating because food is there. A nutritionist will help you eat foods that are good for you and not just veggies. Also, get your parents involved. They should not be supplying mounds of food that is not good for you

Don't drink any soda. That's the main thing that helped me.

strike a deal with yourself. a snack equals 100 sit-ups. You'll snack less to avoid the exercise and when you do snack it will mostly be worked off

You are twelve. You do not need to diet!

If you start obsessing about your body now you will forever worry about it. Trust me I know. I did the same thing and I have terrible self esteem. I breaks my heart to hear you ask this.

I know how you feel. Please know that you are beautiful no matter what you weigh.

And to the people who answer with diet tips, you are the reason that this little kid is so worried about weight. 12 is WAY to young to worry about dieting. We need to create a culture where kids respect themselves for who they are not what they weigh.
