Breakouts whilst working out?!

Question: Everytime I work out, i sweat on my face, & i always wash with cool water, every 5 mins for the next 30mins. Yet it still gives me outbreaks, people say use a good cleanser after, but i can't because i use my cleanser every morning and night, but workout at 4ish.
So to sum up :
Can you try and help with why i'm still breaking out ?
Should i get another product to use after workouts, as well as my normal one ? or just use the normal one 3 times a day?

Start using warm water when you wash your face and change your diet. Drink lots of water and stay clear of fried, greasy, fatty foods. Also if you're stressed out that could be the cause too. Maybe take 15 minutes in the morning to just relax and calmly start your day. Lavender and chamomile essential oils/scented candles are great stress relieving scents. Wash your face and change your pillow case every night so oils don't build up on your face while you sleep.

If it isn't because your face is not clean, then look to your diet.

You might want to wash your face less. You could be irritating your skin.

use acnefree, it is half the price of proactive and you can buy it at a ritaid or walmart or almost any store, it works much better than the pricy proactive.

It sounds to me like you are actually washing too much. There are natural oils on your face that when you wash you are actually striping them away so in the end more oil is produced causing a breakout. I would try only washing morning and night and after your workout only rinse with cold water and dry with a clean face cloth.
The other thing to consider is how much benzle peroxide is in your cleanser. The higher the percentage the more effective it is in drying out your skin and slowing down the oil production.
I hope that helped some!

when you exersise your body is getting rid of the junk it has in it, so that's why your break out. once you are fit and happy then you most likely won't get as many break outs. but in the mean time just wash your face with warm water get clean and clear (that's what i use) then wash it with ICE cold water and if it still seems like your pours aren't small enough get an ice cube and put it on your face, I had a GIANT pour from a very bad pimple I had once and I put ice on it and it closed up with in a matter of 5 minutes.

good luck!

The same thing happens to me. I increased my water intake before and during my workout and since sweat has bacteria, I just try and wash my face before I leave the gym with a mild antibacterial facewash instead of using a harsh cleanser/toner 1 more time during the day which can actually make you break out more. I personally use Noxema but pretty much anything antibacterial will due.

By 'Breakouts" one must assume that you have pimples or similar? Sweating is normal part of exercise - it cools your body as your body gives off heat from the exercise.

Sweat carried with it body oils and such and a flood of this can give your pores some problems.

Wash with the mildest of soaps and hotest water you can stand (Don't get carried away) and plently of soap. this will open the pores and let everything out. the sopa will wash it off your skin. then rinse in Cool water, removing all soap.
You can use alcohol on very soft cloth, lie a T-shirt or baby diaper, after your work out.
In extremis - you can use detergent. DO NNOT scrub you face with a wash cloth, When washing use your hands to massage and then the cloth to wipe all away. GENTLY is the watch word here.

This treatment should help. How about seeing a dermatologist. They can give you answers as well.
