Thinner legs?!


Question: If I want to get thinner legs (thighs and calves) in a month or less, how many squats and lunges would I have to do daily? And is there any other leg exercises I can do? I want to drop a jean size.

OMG... are women really doing squats to get thinner legs??? Honey, stop what you're doing and check into a Yoga or Pilates class.

You know that squats and calves are a woman's largest muscle groups and the last thing we need to do is build on that. We have bigger lower bodies than men, so why build on that if you want LEAN legs???

True, women can't get massive gains like men can, but our lower bodies are easy to build, period. Don't make that mistake and end up with bulky bodybuilding legs that you didn't ask for.

Try more cardio exercise, yoga and pilates. These workouts elongate the muscles and make us leaner. Squats compress the lower body muscles, making them appear shorter, and you don't want that...

Also, I've tried this too, but wearing heels more often stretches the calves and makes the calves leaner over time. I'm a salsa dancer and heels have make my legs sexier, no doubt! Be sure to get massages too to avoid vericose/spider veins!!!

Do 21 reps a day with crunches and work out machines designated for that area. I am a size 0, so trust me.
