Exercises to get thinner legs?!


Question: What exercises can I do to get thinner legs? I want to drop a jean size. I can't buy any weights or really go anywhere. Just some home stuff.

walking is the best, the thing is you can't target where you lose fat from like some people lose it first from *** etc. so walking briskly or cycling will be low impact but keep heart rate up, squats and lunges are also good, as are stairs.. eat smart and do any exercise (pref. weights) regularly and you'll be fine.

Try jogging or even walking every day if running is too difficult.

I run around all over my neighborhood. Same thinghere i short 4'7 and my stomach is so skinny but all my fat goes to my legs well thats what i think. or anything pushups, crunchs, all those boring things that you might do in P.E.
