Good weight loss plan?!


Question: I have a formal occasion in May that I want to be in shape for. I'm not sure how much I weight, my scale is messed up, but I generally wear a size 12-14 in jeans. (By the way, if anyone could tell me what dress size in juniors I might be by that, I'd appreciate it!) My goal is to fit into a medium or large in juniors comfortably by then. What would be a good idea for a steady weight loss plan, including a daily workout I could do? I don't have any exercise equipment, tapes, anything like that, nor do I have any intentions of buying any. As far as eating goes, I think my main problem is that I overeat, because I'm a vegetarian, the only drink I like is water, and I like eating certain fruits and vegetables.

Junior dress size will be an 10
And try out my diet plan for 3 weeks and you will loose the weight. I do this all the time when i gain a little weight and need to loose it by a special occasion like now lol.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

Ok heres is what I would recommend!

If your biggest problem is overeating than you need a Caloric Retrictor they elimate random cravings.

I dont know if its right for you so let me ask you a couple questions.


how much weight do you want to lose?

Are you looking to lose weight without having to diet or exercise ?

Are you looking for something to help eliminate random cravings? Or stop overeating?
