What do you think of multi-vitamins?!

If you don't eat vegetables then hopefully you are eating plenty of fruit. Without fruit and vegetables you are missing out on antioxidants, enzymes, certain amino acids and chlorophyll that you need for good health.
Multivitamins usually contain mostly vitamins and minerals and don't usually contain antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids and chlorophyll that you get from fruit and vegetables.
Multivitamins are only a supplement to a healthy diet and can never make up for an unhealthy diet or a deficient diet.
I'm 24 and I take them daily. I like them. I also take calcium, which I think all women should do.
i think they are a cheap insurance policy to make sure you are getting the needed nutrients to your body. i have been taking them for years.
