Question: i want to lose weight so i can try out for the cheerleading team and alos the hiphop team in school andy good ideas for a 14 year old gurl to lose weight in like 4months the longest? thank you!!

This may not be what you're asking, but when I was a little older than you I lost a lot of weight and tried out for the dance team. I thought being skinnier would make a big difference, but it didn't. They ended up picking girls with more dance experience who were a bit heavier than me. If you're not overweight I would suggest you don't diet. Start taking dance or gymnastics or something like that and you'll probably lose about 10 pounds as long as you don't start eating more food. And you'll have better dance skills too.

i do windsor pilates. it realllly helped me. i saw results in a few weeks. make sure you stick to it though. i do it for one hour a day. also, dont eat junk food, fast food, and try to limit sugary drinks and soda. Try drinking tea also.

jump up and down, dance, jog while listening to music, eat healthier maybe an apple oh cut the apple horizontally directly in the center and if you do it right you get a star.fruits vegetables less fattening foods. avoid tv computer phone and go outside to an activity that is fun but envolves a whole bunch of movement. drink milk or water. it is healthier than soda and it helps skin . use the excercising equipment at school or sign up for a gym class. hey dont get hurt because i was on that running thing and i almost fell on my face so turn it on then get on and MAKE SURE IT IS NOT ON FULL speed
