Very confusing weight problem!!??!
Question: Okay, so I'm 5'7 and weigh 140 lbs but I have a 25 inch waist and people say I look like I weigh about 120 or lower and I'm confused to where this 140 lbs is! Muscle and height couldn't account for all of it right?

Fat distribution, frame size, bone density, muscle mass.
It's not just the height, because most girls that height would probably have closer to a 27-28 inch waist.
You must have a very low body fat percentage.
It is your bone weight. Dont worry
It is how your weight is distributed and probably how much muscle you have. If you are an active person, you probably have more muscle than an average person and muscle weighs more than fat.
Plus, you have a small waistline, so that usually makes people appear thinner.
Don't worry about it... if people think you weigh less than you do, that is a good thing :)
It's probably muscle weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. If I'm not mistaken you are at your ideal weight for your height. Way to go!
it ur height my friend he that height and weight the same but he look like he weight 120 and below. for example a short girl at 5'0 weight 140 she going to look like she weight 170 and maybe higher. i hope it explain it a the height thing
