It is bad to drink water like this? please read!?!


Question: ok..... lets say you are going to drink 40 ounces of water everyday. it is better to drink all 40 ounces at once or or it better to spread it out throughout the day

First you're not even drinking half of the recommended amount of water anyway. 8 - 12oz glasses or 96oz is whats recommended for the average person. More should be consumed if you are very active, exercising or doing strenuous activity. Even more if you're out in a hot dry climate.

Drinking large amounts of water at one time will flush your system and can deplete you of necessary vitamins and nutrients. So, spread out your water intake and keep yourself sufficiently hydrated.

I've always heard that one should drink 1/2 oz of water for each pound of body weight...
Spread it across your day, unless you want to spend a lot of time in 'that room' IYKWIM.

Definitely spread it out...you can die from water intoxication if you drink too much water too quickly.

Unless you're a camel, spread it out evenly throughout the day, especially after you eat. Water is great for helping digestion.
