HELP. i don't see myself as thin as people tell me.. how do i know if i have!

go to doctor as soon as possible!
i had the same problem!!! everything started when i was a little overweight and than i started to eat healthy, than stopped eating sugar, than tryed to eat as little calories as possible and gone to gym every day and now its been a week since the doctor told me i am like 6 kilos underweight and only now i notieced than - before that i couldnt see how skinny i was and was scared to even put lipgloss on because i thought it had a sweet smell and extra calories inside. ive been trying to eat healthy for a week already but its hard not to binge on all the food and now im hungry all the time and my skin trned real dry after starwation
if u are worried about gainning weight -dont be - ive been eating everyday more calories than i used per week and i havent gained any weight at all

you do realize nothing caloric means nothing at all. that would limit you to water. so if your not eating anything, i'd say your well on your way to anorexia.

The things you mention seem like classic symptoms.

anorexia is a psychological disease. in order to figure out if you have it or not you should really consult a professional. but be aware of warning signs like:

* A person suffering from anorexia is thin and keeps getting thinner. A person with anorexia may end up losing 15% or more of her ideal body weight.
* A person with anorexia continues to diet or restrict foods even though she is not overweight.
* Anorexia creates a distorted body image
