Need to gain 20 pounds on my max bench weight in 2 1/2 weeks, can I do it?!

Try this it works great work out your chest 2 days a week split in 48 hours at least. like tuesday and friday. Start with a weight you can control for 3 sets of 10 do that on tuesday then on friday add a 2 1/2 plate to each side so 5 pounds total then the next tuesday add another 2 1/2 plate to each side same on friday again do this with flat incline and decline presses so in 2 weeks you should be up 20 pounds. dont chest your self and not finish the reps. work in some pec deck flies or cable flies. Working your back with your chest is good also its called a push pull work out.
