It's hard to say how many calories you had. But, you probably had about 1000 calories. It is far less than what you should be having even on a diet. Try to aim for 1400-1500. All the fruits and vegetables are good, but you need a little more of them. Broccoli is a great vegetable. Try eating red peppers as well. They are loaded with vitamins. Also, whole grains are good and will make you full.

You probably feel bloated due to the excess water retention. Next time, try drinking less water. It is most likely NOT due to too many calories.

Dam calm down there! Thats good, I would say you ate too few calories so dont worry! Heres a tip just eat when your hungry and dont even count the calories because that works against you. it seems to me that its around 1300-1600 calories which is kinda bad because to maintain weight you should eat like 2000.

Ballpark...no more than 1000 (probably less). This is an extremely unhealty way to eat. I'm assuming this is some diet you have created to lose weight.

If that's the case, I would recommend that you stop eating like this immediately. You should eat small, healthy meals frequently thoughout the day to lose weight. They should include lean protein (like chicken), fruits and vegetables, and good fats (like nuts and olive oil).

The bottom line is that you're probably sending your body into starvation mode. This will cause your body to try to hold on to what you have by slowing your metabolism. You may notice a drop in scale weight, but this will probably be due to your carb restriction, which causes you to lose water weight. This is not because you are losing fat. When you resume normal eating, the weight (water) will come back, and since you will have put your metabolism in the toilet, you will probably end up gaining more weight. Again, I cannot stress enought that this is not healthy, and if you want to lose weight, you should find another way.

if your so "desperate" for answers, why don't you talk to a nutritionist? they can give you lots of practical advice about how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat.
if you are hungry then have some porridge, which is low GI and really good for you. have it with dates and honey so it isn't so blah.
YOU ARE NOT A FAT COW!!!!
it is not your fault that you feel that way, but you need to do something about it.
maybe you could talk to a respected parent or friend?

you did not eat nearly enough. When you feel hungry, that means you need food. I thought that was obvious?

Your not a fat cow...but it is normal to feel like one at 15!

Don't worry too much about the calories. At 15 your metabolism is going to be working fast...your young, your still growing and hopefully have a fairly large amount of incidental exercise anyway. You might not actually work out but all of the movement you do does count towards your overall fitness.

Don't worry about the calories of what your eating too much...each of your meals should have a balance of carbohydrates, protein and fruit/vegetables. About 1/2 of your plate fruit and vegetables, 1/4 carbohydrates and 1/4 protein is a good balance. Protein will help you feel fuller for longer.

Water and green tea are really good for you...and its practically no calories. 8 glasses a day or 2L is ideal.
