Is it even worth working on my abs or doing cardio if i take creatine?!

You need to focus on more then just arms. The supporting muscles of the arms need work too, ie chest back and core. You do need to do the other muscles because once you cut out the creatine you want something to be there. Creatine causes the body to hold in more water, which when you stop you pee out. Put some thought into doing legs too, balance is the key to looking good when working out, plus eventually you will plateau if you dont. Does not look balanced to have big arms and no legs, just weird.

Creatine merely deposits water droplets throughout your muscle tissue. You aren't really gaining increased muscle mass. Know this.

This being said, there is no scientific evidence that makes ab workouts obsolete because you are taking a supplement.

Work your abs.
