Since it helps tighten up just about every other muscle, I don't see why not.
Another way to help strengthen those muscles is when you pee, and have a good strong stream going... STOP IT.
Tighten it up and make it stop. Its a different place, sure, but all those muscles work together.
It will help in later years too.... when you get to the age when some pee wants to leak when you laugh, or sneeze. etc.
Strengthen those muscles now and keep them that way, and you can avoid that embarrasment later.

Yes. Also you can use kegal exercises. Or ben-wa balls.

Yoga can help tighten the pelvic floor muscles which control the contractions. Like when you try to stop peeing half way through those are the muscles it helps which in turn creates the feel of a more "toned" vagina. Short of surgery (ouch) that's the best thing you can do for it. Try exercises like the Kegel exercises.

I suspect certain moves could, but the exercise you're looking for is a kegel. look it up on wikipedia.
