I totally understand what your talking about !

I used to have the same problem I too am 5"2 and used to weight 190! I carrried most of my weight on my thighs.

What I used was a Caloric restrictor and that helped elimate all my cravings foods. On top of that I started losing a few pounds every week. Im now down to 170 Pounds!

And lost some inches off my thighs!

Let me ask you a few questions.

You want to lose 30 pounds right?

Are you looking to lose weight without having to diet or exercise ?

Are you looking for something to help eliminate random cravings? Or stop overeating?

How fast are you looking to lose weight?

And you carry most of your weight on the thighs?

These caloric restictors even work without diet or exercise and even eliminates cravings for foods.

But if you do diet and exercise you will see even better results!I know people who lose 20 pounds in a month.

So you can still eat your regular foods but you'll take in less calories and start losing a few pounds a week. Is that what your looking for?

The one I'm using I take 2 capsules twice a day before i eat and I notice it reduces my appetite and its helped me burn the fat of my tummy and mainly my middle section.

Alot of women use akavar cause it helps with Stress, metabolism, overeating.

Plus its made with vitamins and herbs. Even if you want some free information on this caloric restrictor check http://www.akavarpills.com

Atleast check it out to see if its right for you

Hope this helps

well take aerobics classes and ride a bike that will help tone the thighs, don't do the diet pills and stuff and insted do a 1200 calories diet and cut oout junk food even diet sodas

You actually carry that weight really well... I'd say, if you're determined to lose it, you should really consider weight training. It burns up a lot of calories, and it keeps you burning throughout the day. If you limit your calories to around 1600 or so every day, you won't get bulky, and you should lose a lot of weight in the first few weeks...

I lost 20lbs in 20 days. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...

Good luck to you!

You need to google calorie intake calculator find out your daily calorie needs then subtract 500 calories a day so 500 calories less a day = 1 pound of body fat lost per week while eating the proper foods. Six small meals a day instead of three will boost your metabolism as well. So say you eat oatmeal and whole grain toast for breakfeast then have a snack mid morning like fruit and cottage cheese low fat. lunch have chicken or turkey sandwich low fat mayo no cheese with veggies. snack afternoon meal replacement shake. Dinner have fish or grilled chicken with veggies drink alot of water get some protein. If you get a sweet tooth have frozen yogurt or sorbet if you want chocolate have dark chocolate less calories and less fat. You can do a light workout with light weight and high reps say 2 or 3 sets of 10 to 12 mix it with cardio you will burn more calories this way then with cardio alone. Try doing a circuit work out where you do a whole body work out do upper body one day do one set of everything with no rest breaks that's one set then rest for 1 to 2 minutes the do it again this really tones you up and burns alot of calories. Anyway hope this helps. f your dead set on taking pills i would only recomend clenbuterol this stuff will shred you fast like in 2 weeks but its hard to come across.

I don't know if your goal is possible, but I must say this. You look awesome for that height and weight. Someone blessed you with being able to carry weight well.

I am 3 inches taller and 5 pounds heavier and I look like a fat cow.

diet:
try to slowly incorporate healthy foods and weed out bad ones. start eating things like yogurt, oatmeal , berries , dark green veggies, chicken. drink at least 3 glasses of water a day.

exercise:
You should really just go to a gym and test out some
equipment to see which works best for you.. Some light weight training will help you gain muscle and burn more fat..
I have fibromyalgia and found that just walking on a treadmill for 10mins gives me excruciating lower extremity joint pain. However, 35 mins on the elliptical machine makes me work up a sweat without agony.

Diet pills are really bad for you they give headaches, shakes, and are not long-term..
See your doc to be sure it's ok and hey, maybe your doc can recommend physical therapy to help with exercise?
Good Luck

Have you tried shifting calories program? It works for me and some of my friends. Losing 3 to 5 pounds in one week is not hard, depending on your effort.
