best all around strength, well if your looking to just get strong then it's weight resistance training. My personal view is your only as strong as your cardio. I train many men and women in my line of work and we are going for more then just brute strength. A good weight program with a cardio element will give you , in my opinion the best result. You not only are strong but you feel better with lots of energy. You want facts, when you are going balls to the wall in a fire fight your cadio is the biggest thing going for you.
