Im really skinny but have a pot belly? how does this make sense?!
Question: I'm really skinny everywhere except that I have a pot belly, big enough that it sticks out over my jeans and you can see through my shirt. I've been doing about 60 crunches a day and I'm very active and eat right but I still can't seem to lose it. Is this genetic?

It may be genetic, some people will never have flat stomachs sadly
However, crunches only create muscle UNDER fat, so that won't help very much
What I recommend is taking a kickboxing class or just taking a chair and kicking over the seat of it, because this tones the core rather than strengthening it

if you're only 12, you probably just have a little bit of baby fat left. You're just starting puberty, and you're probably going to get a little taller, so just wait, your body should balance itself out in time.
many people think they are eating right but are not. you need to post what your typical daily food intake is
sounds like you are suffering from malnutrition. Eat the healthy foods and the proper amount of food. If you are eating right, cardiovascular exercise will flatten your stomach a lot faster than crunches. 30 min a day
Hows your posture? If you stand straight maybe your stomach want stick out as much.
