How to successfully diet?!

they are not essential. the key to successful dieting is to find a program that works for you. by simply cutting things like butter, fried foods, sweets, soda, etc from your diet, you may make the changes you need to lose weight. eat smaller more frequent meals throughout the day, and commit yourself to 20 minutes of exercise 3-4 days a week. you would be surprised how much of a difference these small changes can make.

yea you can excercise to lose some weight. it will only take up 20-30 minutes a day and with proper eating you will lose weight fast

No, fruits and some veggies are calorie rich. Try lean meats, dairy, etc.

I know everyone says this but drink lots of water!! It helps fill you up so you don't eat as much.... It helps speed up your metabolism, It also improves your skin!! take a drink of water between each bite or every other bite while eating. take water with you where ever you go!!!

fasting, control u intake fast food and got more job 4 activity.
