How can I target fat loss to my legs?!

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...

You cant lose weight only from one body part.You can make them work harder and at the same time you would burn your muscle and fat,but its no way to make lose fat only from your legs.
Start doing stare master for cardio that is very effective cardio machine,i would say one of the best,but at same time its one of the hardest.Same like step master machine and works very well too.

DO ALOT OF WALKING AND LEG EXECRISES

you cant just focus on fat loss in yoru legs its impossible. when you lose fat it doesnt pick where the fat will be dissolved from you just have to lose it all around. you can do excersises for your legs and tone them up but when losing fat you will lose it everywhere and you will notice your legs getting slimmer

You can't really target certain areas. It takes overall weight loss to acheive the results you want. However, doing things like running, walking on incline, stairs and cycling do both things at the same time! I love to run but this last year got into hiking and cycling and my legs transformed and now my calves poke out and there is much more definition in my legs. Lunges and squats every other day AFTER your cardio workout will help add definition as well. Lifting weights is great because muscle burns fat even while you sleep! Eat well as well as exercise for even faster results.

Don't eat so much you fat cow.
