Does anyone know tips for a dieter with very little self control?!


Question: Losing weight isnt a big deal I would just like to eat a bit more healthy. I get hungry late at night.... literally Im sitting here grumply stomached. what would be a good snack for late at night? or a way to stay away from unhealthy food... i have no self control!!!

veggies..munch on carrots..lettuce etc etc

Go vegan for one month and by that I mean only eat what grows out of the ground. Eat no processed sugar, no starches(potatoes, breads or rice), no animal by-products(eggs or dairy) and everytime you get hungry between meals or use the bathroom, drink a glass of water. You'll lose weight, but won't do anything except cleanse your insides. After your body adjusts, you'll burn fat so fast, you won't believe it!!!
