OK last Q- How much will I lose..Read my plan??!


Question: I need to lose 25lb in 3 weeks. I am 172lb at moment. 21yr old and 5.6" I am VERY bloated

Daily Plan

7am cereal (250cals)
#9am....1hr brisk walk/jog
10am orange (50cal)
#12pm... 40min jump rope
1pm boiled egg, wholegrain toast, orange (250cals)
#3pm...1hr brisk walk/jog
4pm... high fibre seed bar (60cals)
#5pm...40min jump rope
7pm... fish and veg

Oh.....My......God....... Im getting married in 3 weeks

Girl the eating is fine but you are going to BURN yourself out!!!! And when you burn yourself out you are going to want to cut back (well some do). I know what you're trying to do, you're trying to burn off everything you eat which is fine. The things that your eating will naturally burn anyway so you don't have to work out as much. Switch up the workout between days instead of all in one day, you don't want to get that dark ring under your eyes from working out too much! Drink PLENTY of water and that should help also but please don't burn yourself out or you will not have any strength for your wedding.

You need to lift some small weights too because its lean muscle that will keep the fat off (consistently burn so you can afford to be a lil lazy). jump rope and walking burns calories which translates into fat..but doesnt keep it off..

Wrong. If you are serious about losing this much weight in that short of time, you will have to cut out ALL carbohydrates, including fruit (it's loaded with natural sugar). Your body will hate you for cutting out all of the calories - calories are food energy and you need them. Just get them from different sources.

Add protein to your diet wherever you can. Cut out all bread, rice, pasta, and sugars. Eat as many green leafy salads as you can stand.

Buy the Atkins or South Beach diet books. They explain how and why this diet works, and they do, as long as you follow them faithfully. It can be done, but not on the diet you're proposing.
