If I eat 500 cals a day?????!


Question: ........HOw much will i lose in 3 weeks
I am also powerwalking/jogging TWICE a day for 1 hour
I am 172lbs and 5.6"

I need to know ur opinion on ---How much I would lose??---

I dont like meat much, i will prob eat this in a day
cereal bar, banana, turkey stifry, toast
drinks- 3 litres water, espressos
and dont forget the exercise im doing

yeah i know its a crash diet and i got a lot of weight to lose

Q1....whats ur guess on how much i will lose in 3 weeks?
Q2......how many DRESS SIZES in 3 weeks???

I reckon that you will loose about 8 kilo in 3 weeks.You will drop maybe 1 dress size in that time.I also would say to be very careful crash dieting as the weight will come back on more then ever if you start eating big again.When one crash diets they tend to gain the weight back really fast plus alot more weight.Please take care in doing this .

Well if your Power walking and Jogging 2 hours a day

Your burning about 1000 calories.

And a pound is about 3000 to 3500 calories

So Im guessing maybe youl loose about 6 to 8lbs

Very dangerous. Don't do it, but if you must , don't do it for more then a day at a time, sorta like a cleansing fast. If you have alot to lose, go to dr and get him to reccommend a diet and/or prescribe something that will help you .

First of all, 500 calories a day is not healthy at all. The average caloric intake for somebody your size is about 1500, especially with the exercise you're doing. You're in danger of passing out during said exercise.

Try eating normally, but cut back on the espressos completely. Eat healthy; probably add in two or three little meals in between what you have listed, even if it's soups or salads.

With what you have planned, sure you'll lose weight quickly but if you go back to your regular diet, chances are you'll gain back the weight faster and it's going to be harder to get rid of it again.

If you don't eat enough calories, your body goes into "starvation mode" and actually starts retaining fat, rather than burning it. Much better to cut back (or up) to 1200 cals/day.

Cardio is all well and fine, but you will lose more inches if you add some resistance (weight training).

first off...you need to lost the weight SLOWLY.
i mean, yeah its good that youre exercising, but your body will need rest sometimes.
and you wouldnt get enough energy if you eat 500 calories. thats kinda...dangerous.
take off 500 calories from your usual intake. if you eat 2500 usually, then eat 2000.

q1: you WILL lose a lot, but most won't be fat.
q2: maybe 1.

yes i know you have a lot of weight to lose. but most likely when you fit the right size, you'll start to gain the weight back.


just eat a little more each day. your body needs it.

O.K I know that your fully aware that this is jsut a crash diet but did you know that this could really stuff up your metabolism and make it harder for you to loose weight in the future if you decide to do it healthy. also i can say that you will almost definateley gain it all back and then some extra. So you'll be in a crappier situation than what you began in. Also 500 caloris a day is going to leave you feeling so tired, lethargic and slightly depressed so where are you gonna get this energy to power walk from? 500 calories ain't gonna do it


just
drink water
eat fruit and veg
cut out high sugar and fat foods
replace soda with water
replace hot chips with a salad and or sandwhich
and just ....excercise or something...this diets gonna get you NO WHERE

Dont try it, you'l lose weight, butback on more after, and it'l just be water weight your loosing.

Have atleast 1000kcls then its safer, and youl be garunteed to lose more because with 500 kcls, your body doesnt get enough energy and stores more fat, wich is bad x

ok firstly i have to tell you that i've tried that, and after the first two days you're dead tired you ask yourself wtf is wrong with you and I even ended up fainting in my shower.

Anyway. you'll prolly lose about 10 pounds, which is unfortunately not that many dress sizes, maybe one dress size to be honest.
remember long term, steady weight loss is much more beneficial.

You'll probably die.
