Question: Which way is QUICKER for WEIGHT LOSS in 3 WEEKS??
And WHY?

1. 500 cals of healthy food a day
2. About 1000 cals of low carb/low fat food

.....Ontop of it I am power walking for 1 hour, TWICE a day.
....Which will make me lose inches/dress sizes faster and why?

I certainly wouldn't do #1 for the following reason: If you go on a super low cal diet (<1000cal/day) your body's hormones for fat and energy storage (principally insulin and thyroid) are fooled into believing that your body is in a state of starvation and any calories that enter the system will be stored as fat. That is fine if you'll be on this diet for the rest of your life, otherwise you'll gain most of the weight back when you start having a normal diet again. You should be on a low carb/low cal diet and do some cardio to get your HR at around 60-80% of your max HR which is 220-your age. I don't know if walking gets your heart up there, but if it does, that should be adequate.
Good luck taking the plunge, I'm sure you'll be a beautiful bride so try not to stress the small stuff like this! This is supposed to be one of the coolest moments of your life!

Neither sorry. But if you follow these plans it's highly likely you will pass out from hunger at the alter. Exercising w/out the proper amount of fuel(calories) will make you add body fat b/c the body will sense starvation and store everything that goes down. At your height and weight you need at least 1500 calories a day.

If u want get a dance video they help you lose 1000 cals per hour so if ur trying to lose wait fast go with dancing its fun and easy and you learn great dance moves you also lose more weight dancing then you do running/walking

It is best to buy a different wedding dress and let them accept you the way you are. Either of these diets are going to put you in a world of hurt physically, be unsustainable, and make you miserable to boot. Hell, if one day is your goal, go get liposuctioned and be done with it.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
