How do the people in Hollywood get SO skinny?!

Question: Do they get their stomachs stapled or what? I know that not all these people are not naturally this skinny. OK - you can sustain no eating for a while, but at some point, you are gonna get hungry.
How do they do it?

Most work out obsessively and follow a microbiotic diet. If you are only eating 400 calories a day and working out 4 hours a day anyone can be that skinny. If any average person could have a team of people following them and telling them every little thing to do any of us could do it too. Not that I would want to, most women in Hollywood look ill.

they r anorexic/bulimic

I'm probably skinnier than any of them and I eat like a horse. YES, it is possible to be that way naturally. Most people however are just not lucky with genetics and have varying degrees of the fat-a.ss gene.

Um, if someone offers me a 10 million dollar movie contract, I will:

A. Hire a nutritionist
B. Hire a personal trainer
C. Hire a cook
D. Follow their advice and get the 10 million bucks

uuuuh Haven't you heard they purge there self.I personally would rather be healthy than skinny as some of these people!By the way I only way 125 and I'm 5'8 and I'm not a rail but I'm healthy!

Their primary job description includes staying fit and slim, so they know all the tricks and have to take the time to do it. I first got into shape on the old RCAF 11 minute a day exercise plan, which worked and is still where I start when I'm exercising. But, even with it, it was never really 11 minutes. Setup, stretching, cool down and showering always added up to at least an hour each time. The other programs are even worse. And, when exercising to heart rate, I'm shot for the rest of the evening, can't do anything major afterwards. :)
I'll have a little cheese with that whine.

ana/mia, drugs, intense work-outs with instructors.
