Lose weight in Breasts?!

Question: I know most woman want to keep their breast size, when they're trying to lose weight and not become flat chested... but i want the opposit...

I have large breasts (which i hate!) i was thinking of starting maybe running, or going to the gym... y'know just do something!! ... try and become smaller chested naturally...
But will it make a big difference???
Does it always work with just exercise?

Or is there nothing i can do about it do you think?

If not, i'm looking into breast reduction.... but to be honest, that's the last thing i want to do.

While genetics does play a major role in breast size so does bf%. I've have women I've trained go from DD to a Small C all day long. Some have gone from D to B. I can't tell you how much you will drop but you will def have to train hard and drop some serious bf% but you will def see a mojor change in breast size if you do. None of the woman that dropped bf complained about the loss either as the were slim and proportionate.

Hope that helps.

Loosing weight makes a big difference. Did you see Julie on the biggest looser?????

My mom who has always had big breast lost a lot of weight and she went down several cup sizes. and she looks great.

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

Working out MAY help, it just depends on your weight and how much dense and fatty tissue you have in your breasts.

If you are overweight, working out may help.

If your breast are more dense tissue instead of fatty tissue, the only option is a breast reduction that can be covered by insurance (it covered mine 100%!).

So, it does not always work with exercise (speaking from experience!).
