I used to walk for 30 minutes at 3.3 mph on a cardiac program & I lost so much weight. I walked 3x/wk. Give that a try.

Treadmills are great actually.. Does your treadmill have an incline setting or does it have preset trainer settings? If it has preset exercises or trainer settings in it then those are definitely the way to go, they really do make you work and they are usually only around 30 mins long.

Work on the diet my dear...The treadmill is a good choice, but combined with a good low fat diet and you'll see results faster.

treadmills are great! only a treadmill can you get you many places. start on jogging on it maybe a mile a day at first. as you build strenght to it, increase your speed. daily, do crunches. they don't require any equipment. they are easy to fit into any schedule, just do it before bed or when you wake up. start off with about 40 crunches everyday. eat right of course. drink lots of water. have fun! GOOD LUCK!

go jump off a cliff-maybe while ur jumpin, the fat will get sucked out of ya...good luck with that!!!!

u can also try stuff like crunches and situps..
