What are the best excercises to do in order to loss fat from my tummy???!


Question: i recommed crunches, and try this, lay on the floor with your legs out straight. Then bend your legs so that your knees are up, then move your legs side to side. It really REALLY helps! I lost 2 inches!

sit ups/crunches

Ive heard that if you lay on your back and suck in your stomach for a minute , 25 times in the morning day and night, it would make your stomach muscles work and thus make you appear slimmer

I know that everyone says crunches and sit ups work the best but in order for them to work u have to lose some weight by cardio soif i were you i'd run or walk or jog. Yoga and pilates are both very good workouts for your core also:)

In order to loss weight, you will need to find the root cause on your weight gain. Once you find out the root cause, you will be able to come out a weight loss plan that able to help to reduce your weight.

Only with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily. One things you have to bear in mind, never think of skip meal as it will only make your gain weight later...
