Well.i dont eat meat anymore...???!

i just started not eating meat.and all ive been eating is either a salad or potatos.i dont like tofu.i only like certain vegs.and i have no clue what to eat.i mean yes,im losing weight for no reason.but i need to find something to eat!!please help me..

Try Quorn, its great use it the same way you would use chicken, beef, mince etc. They sell it in a variety of forms. The burgers are great.
I like to make curries with butternut squash, its really filling and wholesome. Add red pepper, onion chillis.
You need to keep experimenting. What about a vegi chilli? You can use quorn mince, soya mince, or just a variety of veg. Peppers, courgettes, toms, aubergines.
Buy a good cook book also.

How about: Peanuts, they re a great source of protein. Fruit, there are a lot so try and find some good ones! Or maybe you could look it up! I'm sure there are a lot of vegetarian websites!

dairy products, fruit and btw if you have stop eating meat go see a docter for some iron tablets, you wont be able to live with out them.

You really need to try the new downloads from Independent Achievement Productions. I got the cds before they had downloads, but it's just so much faster this way. So much to choose from for weight loss. And it's been working for me and the gang here in the office. As far as meat is concerned....eat lots of broccoli..i even eat it for breakfast...it is really high in protein...plus make sure you are taking B-12 (i take the liquid form) everyday. Good luck...and get to it!

Nuts! What about quorn, I love that stuff! Pasta.

Here is a nice recipe that i learned
you need a tin of chopped tomatoes
Some pasta
onion
mushroom
basil

put pasta on, chop mushroom and onion and fry them in a sauce pan until soft. Add the tomatoes, heat, then add some basil and if you like salt and pepper.
Drain past and mix in the sauce that you just made. then serve!!
I did not put how much of the ingrediants that you need because honestly, you can use as much or as little as you like :D

eat meat

Well that's a stupid way to lose weight. You will be malnourished because your body is being underfed, you will lose muscle as well and feel like rubbish.

Why don't you educate yourself first before doing something so daft, being a veggie is about a lifestyle choice and is one of the most healthiest ways to nourish yourself, what you're doing is just plain foolish.
