Do u know a good easy workout routine for a 14 year old?!
Question: a few days ago i worked out
10kg on one arm 100 times. and the same wih the other
100, situps and 100 crunches and a 2 mile run.
yesterday i woke up with strain in my arms and legs. as im only 14 and still gota grow a bit. wot is a good workout routine that will not interfer with my growth. if i do to much it might rip my muscle tissue and i wont be able to grow.
so what is nice and easy workout

u did well but u must remember to warm up and cool down look in library or internet for easy exercise jogging for 2o mins on the spot is good cardio but u willl have to build up to this slowly try swimming and light weights always remeber to eat healthy and drink plenty of water good for you keep it up
just keep on running..make sure that u can make it as ur routine
Jump rope is a good work out and fun activity for a 14 year old.
Did you do al those in one day?? if you did, it is a heavy work out for 14 year old kid. Are you over weight or obesed?? Do not work out that much. Did you talk with your parents / doctor about your work out?
in reply to your question on y i wann aget fat.. it feels great to have a big rolly stomach that jiggles nd a nice set of man boobs plus i wear fat well nd it actually looks good unlike other fat people.
