ye but you also need a good diet!! Even regular jogs are good for you!!! Just eat healthy but don't starve urself coz dat wont make u skinny!!! It will just make you ill!!!!!! Listen to meeeeee. It may help reducing the weight...but it helps a lot in maintaining your physique and keep you active throughout the day. You should alternate it with jogging or running if you can on different days of the week for achieving reduction. Also keep a watch on your diet...avoid building up calories.

Walking is the best form of exercise - you can do it anytime anywhere and guess what - its free :)
