No. The average girl in the US (no matter what height) roughly wears between a size 8 to 11. If you are a size 1 and think you are chubby, go talk to a therapist!

Chubbiness is about how much body fat you've got not your pants size. You can be a chubby size 2 if you are all fat and no muscle or a lean size 8 if you are fit and toned, I know which I'd rather be.
