Question about the gym?!


Question: So I have signed up for the gym a little bit ago, and have been going pretty much every day. I am overweight, i know that. Im not too upset about it, i basicly just wanna go down one shirt size, xxl to xl, and a few pants sizes.

my gym work out is useually

cardio for about 20-30 mins

weight lifting, such as burn outs, and bench. then i do arms, legs, crunches etc, then finish up with about 10 misn more of cardio. then sauna and shower.

I do have to say, the MAIN thing i wanna do is lose my breast...i mean i am male, and i dont have HUGE breast like the guy on flight club, but they are a little larger than normal man boobs....so am i doing well!

Sounds like so far youre doing a good job!
For guys, if they want to lose fat in the chest area the best way is to combine weight training with cardio, that way as you lose the fat, the muscle you're building can take its place.

What exactly is your question? If it's how to lose excess weight in your chest area, honestly it's tough to target one particular area in which to lose body fat. You just have to focus on losing weight all over and you will lose some in your "problem" areas too. And, if you want to tone up your chest area, there are a lot of exercises you can do that work your pectoral muscles - flys and chest press are two of my favorites (tho, I am not a guy, so perhaps another male could tell you better). Good luck.

keep it up. just remember to eat sensibly. stay away from fried foods and high fat content. losing weight the right way will take months but if you lose it the right way it will be harder to gain it back so lose it slowly and correctly and don't be discouraged if it's not falling off after a couple months. i hadn't lost anything for 4 months and then all the sudden, boom, dropped 15 lb's in a matter of a couple weeks. STICK WITH IT.

as far as your chest goes, you may be predisposed to mitties. cardio cardio cardio with bench a couple times a week at low weight.

yes but u need to do ah diet
the best ive found is eating 5-6times ah day here it is

Drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.

salt
pepper
lemon
vinegar
Worcestershire
soy sauce
mustard & ketchup

1 cup cooked spinach

1 lettuce and celery salad
1 6oz. steak *(use PAM to fry)

one water cracker
LUNCH
1 lettuce and celery salad
1 6oz. steak broiled or grilled
DINNER
8-10 oz. of Ham
DAY 3

8-10 oz. of Ham
2 cups green bean/tomato salad

1 fried fish filet (4-6 oz.)
