Thin women 30-40 y/o, be honest, how do you stay thin?!

hey LANEY, I think its a nurse thing. The Stress that we dont even feel sometimes. I walk as much as possible, drink water.....water, water. Eat last meat before 630pm and make it light!!!!

I take veggie's to work for snacks..carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers....but NO DIP, lol. Take vit. to speed up your metabolism alittle!!!

I'm 33. I watch my calories. I burn more calories than I consume. That's it. And Im not naturally thin anymore. I have to work at it. I get on the scale every single day and if I gain more than 2 pounds I cut back on the sweets for a couple days then it goes away. Its true, some people have to work harder at it. Last year, I lost 16 lbs in 8 weeks by just walking one mile 5 days a week and watching my calories.

The main problem is that we are bombarded with folks trying
to sell us something or just stupid advice that keeps us guessing what we should really be doing. Many times we are
depriving ourselves unnecessarily because we are unsure of
what to do.

Exercise drink plenty of water....drink green tea.....if you eat 5 small "good" meals a day you will keep that metabolism working all day. don't drink anything that has caffeine in it even if it is a diet drink cause caffeine store fat. good luck!
