baked chips are not as healthy as the package would have you believe. compared to their regular counterparts they are slightly more healthy but one can still pig out on either one and have the same adverse effects. check out the serving size on the back of the package and try to stick with that. it'll probably be in oz so get a kitchen scale to weigh out your portions. put the portion in a seperate bowl or bag and put the chips away to avoid overeating. if you are really serious about weight loss i'd ditch the chips altogether.

I think healthier than originals but no chips are healthy!

generally anything baked is better than fried. . .buut potatos don't serve all that much as far as nutrition. . .they are a carbohydrate. . .which is something that packs on calories quick if you aren't active. . .

try apple chips. . .

Its ok to have bakes chips, but not too often. They are healthier then the originals. In my opinion its not good to have chips, but it can be good for a treat. Pasta, salads, fruit and veg is more healthier.

healthier than orignals

Baked Chips are lower fat than fried chips, but they ae still fatty.
The higher the temperature food is cooked at the more acrylamides it contains and the more unhealthy it is - thus poached and steamed food is the healthiest of cooked foods.

You should switch to boiled potatoes or mash made with skimmed milk and low fat spread or yoghurt for the healther potato option.

maybe I don't know I don't eat them
