Question: ive been looking at loads of questions and nearly all of you guys say "drink PLENTY of water" how exactly will drinking loads of water affect your fitness or wotever? so how come you all say it?


Answers: ive been looking at loads of questions and nearly all of you guys say "drink PLENTY of water" how exactly will drinking loads of water affect your fitness or wotever? so how come you all say it?

Because water flushes out toxins from out bodies & also combats dehydration. IF you work out & sweat, you lose water. You need to re-hydrate yourself after working out.

If you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated!

And, it's good for the skin!

it will help clean out your system of toxins

Water is good for you. It helps rid your body of toxins, helps you from becoming dehydrated, and it is an easy way to hydrate yourself instead of downing drinks too high in sugar, which obviously would affect your fitness.
