Exercise, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, sleep well, relax, and be happy the way you are. Good luck :)

Yu can lose that 10 if you go on a salad diet...you can have it anyway you want but eat salad...for two meals and a resonable breakfast....it works trust me...

cut carbs, drink water and exercise :)

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

drink a lot of water, exercise half an hour per day, do not eat after 6.00p.m. and trust me you will lose weight

Start Japanese diet (2 weeks) or winter diet (1 week) + coloured diet (1 week). Even coloured diet will be enough for 10 pounds.
