Cardio....almost all cardio involves your abdominal muscles.

Simple excercises every day, in short burst or long, could help you tone it up.

Examples:
1. Running in place, knees high, double time.
2. Side bends (think like a boxer dodging a punch to the side)
3. Stationary twist (knees slightly bent and feet planted firmly, twist side to side (with weight or w/o))

Just do them whenever you have a chance. In front of the mirror while brushing your teeth, in the kitchen waiting for the microwave to finish, during commercials on tv.

abs work out, push ups, sit ups

Cut out sugar and fats, like mayonnaise.
