I binge at the same time everyday?!


Question: Ok, im 13 and im actually not fat but id like to be skinnier. but everyday for this whole entire year, i come home from school, then i binge like crazy..........the rest of the day im fine..........what could i do to stop me from binging?

Eat a healthy and filling breakfast and lunch. Have a big salad for lunch, or a couple different kinds of cut of veggies, along with small portions of protein and carbs (ie. a chicken caesar salad w/ light dressing), and you won't be as hungry when you get home. If you still find yourself bingeing, plan on it, and have a healthy snack waiting when you get home (because no one likes to wait when they're hungry). You should be consuming at least 1500 calories to maintain your wieght, so if you're not, or you've only had a couple hundred by the time you get home, then you know what the problem is.

Eat, just make sure everything you put in your mouth is healthily.Binge on fruit and vegetables or a piece of meat .No junk!

Eat a little more at lunch then when you come home from school you might not be as hungry.
