No, I don't think any drug - especially diet pills, which aren't even all that harmful - should be illegal. If you don't like them, you don't have to take them. Why should you care what other people do to themselves?

no drug should be made illegal. prohibition fuelled crime until the law was amended. likewise crime with flourish until the drug laws are amended. we need less legalisation not more. people must be responsible for there own lives. and of cause taxation would come into it as with tobacco.

Ok like somebody said OH ITS UNHEALTHY or I DID SEE PEOPLE WENT DOWN when they were using it.
Ok here is a few things,EVERY supplement of food or whatever if you OVER DID IT its just going to bounce back at you.
You cant push the limits and try to figure out when you going to drop or if i am going to take more i will lose more,that just doesnt work that way.
you body can take as much as it can take after that you body will kick your own butt.
Like ephedrine,it is ok to take it nothing will happen if you take it with norm,but some people dont understand the the norm,this is why all the problems with kids taking that and going down because they want to go over the limits.
So no i would say no,but we need people to do stupid things and overdose on everything.
