-100 calorie snack packs
-Lower calorie granola bars
-Flavored water
-Ground turkey (great substitute for hamburger)
-Wheat bread
-Brown rice
-Low fat, low cal frozen dinners
-Smoothies made from low fat yogurt/milk, fruit, and splenda
-Stir fry (veggies such as mushrooms, onions, peppers, carrots, sprouts, and some brown rice)
-Chicken pasta (1 cup wheat pasta with some grilled chicken breast, a little oil and some spices like oregano or dill)
-Salad(endless possibilities; add chicken, turkey, dried fruit or nuts, mandarine orange, grapes, a little bit of shredded low fat cheese, simulated bacon, toasted sesame or pumpkin seeds...)
-Rice cakes and crackers
-Low fat/calorie crackers
-Oatmeal (instant and cooked are both good)
-Lean pork chop (trim the fat off and it can be about as healthy as chicken)
-Tofu, and tofu products like lunch meat and hot dogs
-Low fat cottage cheese
-Sugar free pudding and jello
-Hummus (spread some on a whole wheat tortilla shell and add some veggies...yum!)

Any lean proteins, foods high in fiber, low glycemic index and lots of H2o!!

Rice cakes, diets high in fiber- like beans or flax cereal. Salads. Chicken and fish are good low fat sources of protein. Plenty of veggies of your choice. Low sodium soups.

The key to a working diet is balance so make your breakfast's a little bigger to give your body fuel for the day, some small snacks throughout the day and a medium lunch, and a small dinner. some good foods are any and all fruit, (but pay attention to serving sizes half of a fruit is usually correct.) wheat products, oatmeal, make sure to balance your meals with proteins carbs and veggies. like 2 cups of lettuce, .4 chicken breast, 1/3 cup of croutons and 2 tablespoons of a low calorie dressing. along with some wheat crackers is a really good lunch.

I eat foods high in protein and high in fiber. Cottage cheese, egg whites, tofu, whole wheat toast, whole wheat pita chips, chunky peanut butter, soy chips, south beach diet bars.

Don't eat too many carbs.
Salads obviously :P
Cut out red meat and stick to chicken, turkey etc.
Smoothies, maybe

I used to have toast for breakfast, crisps for a snack and a sandwich for lunch.
But now I have smoothie for breakfast, an apple as a snack and a salad for lunch, and I wasn't really on a diet but I lost weight so it's the little things that do it and don't try to do too much at once.

Lean protein. Protein is very healthy. And make sure you get enough healthy fats. Some fat is necessary. Try to avoid potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, most cereals, and (the worst) sugar. But get plenty of veggies and dairy products (cheese, cottage cheese, eggs).
