Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Healthy eating and exercise are the tried and true methods!

Cut soda and other sugary drinks out of your diet, plenty of fruits, vegtables, protiens, carbs.

water water water!

Hit the gym fat ***

A nutritionist may help!! And tell those people "I may be fat but you're ugly and at least I can diet!" :) Good luck!

My sister and I both have underactive thyroids. I gained about 15 pounds when I was 17 but she gained about 100 punds when she was 8 or 9. shes now 15 and is about 40 pounds overweight...still bad but better than 100. try to get that checked.

If its not a medical thing, try cutting out ALL fast food. Also only allow yourself one fat food a day. Make sure to ride your bike or do sit ups or jumping jacks at least 3 times a week for a half hour. Make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

its not so hard!

:)

cut down how much you eat and try to be more active.

unless you are over 7 feet tall you are overweight or obese.

portion control and maybe some excise. If i were you I would go and see a doctor first. there are RX diet pills :Most available weight-loss medications are "appetite-suppressant" medications. These include: Didrex, Tenuate, Sanorex, Mazanor, Adipex-P, Ionamin, Bontril and Meridia. These medications generally come in the form of tablets or extended-release capsules (pills that release medication over a long period of time). Appetite suppressants can be obtained by a doctor's prescription or purchased over the counter.Another type of prescription weight loss drug is a fat absorption inhibitor. Xenical is the only example of this type of treatment approved for use in the U.S. Xenical works by blocking about 30% of dietary fat from being absorbed, and is the most recently approved weight loss drug. good luck!!
