How can I lose weight fast, but in a healthy way?!


Question: I wanna lose about 8-10 pounds before Sunday because that's when my sister is coming, which I haven't seen in like forever, so I really wanna look good. Plus my dad is coming too, but he doesn't really matter.

Eat very, very sloowly. That will make you get skinnier. Trust me-- that really works.
Also, eat soup, especially the broth vegetable ones.
Another great tip is to eat a lot at lunch and less at breakfast and dinnertime, because people digest things better between 10 am and 2 pm.
Eat only when you are hungry-- don't eat when you're bored or something.
Bicycle to school instead of driving. You don't need to work out for three hours-- a lot of people are skinny in Taiwan simply because they walk a lot. Taiwan streets are crowded and a parking space is very rare.

I know a way that actually works, and it's fast, but it's pretty unhealthy-- have honeywater for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. xD There's a taiwanese actress who was forced to do that because her company wanted her to become skinnier for her upcoming fan meeting or something like that.

well ur a little late to lose that much weight in a few days, but a good start would be PORTION CONTROL. Eat what u want but less of it. I lost weight this way WITHOUT even working out EVER. Start this ASAP and will lose a few pounds. ALSO if u drink regular soda cut it to diet or water and no juices and milk.

good luck - it is next to impossible to lose that much weight in under a week. realistically, a person can lose 2 pounds per week with proper diet & exercise. there is no healthy way to loose that much weight that fast

It takes 3,500 calories to make 1 pound. So you need to exercise like crazy and only eat vegetables and fruit. Then eat 1 serving for each meal but have 5 or 6 meals a day. You will not lose 8 pounds but you might find 5 of them gone.

Eat healthy, low fat foods. Don't overdo it. Stay away from fatty high calorie foods. Exercise everyday until Sunday. Good luck!
