Answers: is in a turkey sandwich with....

2 slices of whole grain bread = 160 cal
2 deli slices of smoked turkey = 45 cal
1 slice of tomato = 5 cal
.5 oz of provolone cheese = 50 cal

total: 260 calories (w/o spreads)

Try this site, I use it to count calories all the time, it's easy and free: http://www.thedailyplate.com/

you can go to calorieking.com. It really can vary quite a bit. How many ounces of turkey? Is it deli or fresh?
My sandwiches are pepperidge farm WW bread, which is 100 calories per slice, so two slices would be 200 cals. I use boars head turkey, which you can look up nutrition info on their site OR get a pamphlet from publix, and it really varies based on how thick your slices are and how many you use...but you can either use a food scale to be sure, or buy a weight amount and count slices and divide by how much you are using...a bit tedious but works pretty well. Same goes with provalone...depends on the thickness of slice and how much you use...tomatoes are very low in calories.....a normal sandwich here I would estimate might be around 500-600 cals...if you put mayo on it...might be quite a bit less if not. I believe they have boars head specifically on calorie king...make sure you put in the right amount. For the most part these sandwiches are relatively low in calories and quite healthy. Not to mention delicious, that's what I ate today too. If you have a shipping scale those work pretty good for food too....just put some plastic wrap over it.
