Quick ways to tone my tummy in 2 weeks?!


Question: i want to lose at least an inch or 2 of tummy fat...in two weeks any suggestions
I have been doing 15 crunches every night
several lunges w/dumbells
10 push ups
................but i need to kno more for flattening my tummy fat.......
i have been eatting very health...sevaral fruits/vegatables...less snacking...and alot of water

i need to loose that much in weeks honey 15 crunches wont make you do anything....when you want to tone your stomach there are several types of crunches that you need to do.
there are crunches for your abes, there is one for your sides, there is one for your lower abdamon, and you need to do atleast 50 each as for a start. i do more than 800 each day after a 3 year constant doing. i started with 50 anyways all you need to do is do your normal crunches that you do with your knees bended then do another 50 while your legs flat on the floor. then twist your lower body on one side towrds your left and keep your upper body straight this is for your sides. do it either ways 50 each. the more strain you feel the better for your stomach you will just find it hard in the begginning but then you will get used to it and as you get used to it the easier you will find it. there are several othe kinds of crunches but that would be too hard for you at this stage just do this and you will find a difference in 2 weeks. you dont need push ups for your flat stomach don't work extra hard on soemthing you dont require. stand up straight up your legs out wide. put your hands on your head this stretches your body and twist your body left and right and try twisting it on either side as much as you can. do this atleast 30 times each side.
