What are some beginner yoga poses?!

Question: Always start Yoga session with a prayer. With this you set
the mood and if you still want something better then play
a gentle CD especially instrumental to strike a cord.
Now begin the session with a warm-up. Lie on your back
on your yoga mat and perform DWIPAD UTTANASANA
followed by DWIPAD PAWANMUKTASANA. Then turn
and lie on your stomach in MAKARASANA. From here
perform BHUJANGASANA. Rest for a while and then
perform POORNASHALABASANA. Next come into sitting
squat posture which is called as SUKHASANA. From here
perform VAKRASANA. Rest for a while and then perform
PARVATASANA either in Sukhasana or Vajrasana or
:Padmasana. I would prefer in the beginning stage do it
in Sukhasana (easy squating posture). Lastly do not forget
to end with SHAVASANA. I should know since i am a
Yoga Therapist. Good luck and God Bless. Cheers! :o)

Oh! by the way there is a crackpot out here loose who
always likes to give THUMBS DOWN. You don't have to
be influenced by it. CIAO!
