How much walking is too much walking?!
Question: lets say... for EAMPLE: 4 to 5 miles a day. Is that too much, but thats just a example, I would like to know if theres a point where your legs wont be able to take it anymore.

there is no such thing as too much walking. As long as you have enough food and water, you can walk a full day and only your feet will be sore from all the impact. Your muscles will not feel a thing.
all u need is 30 min a day
It is too much walking only when you walk to the ends of earth and back!
you can never walk too much if you are hydrated =]
the only things that will stop you is dehydration, nutrition, and exhaustion
