How do i lose weight?!


Question: i dont have the time to exercise,but i do avoid sugar oils and other heavy stuff.i have reduces my intake...i need to lose real fast..how can i lose my weight quickly?

Get educated. All oil is not bad. Oils with omega 3's are very good for you and should be part of your diet.
Keep away from bread and any refined sugars. No pasta.

And absolutely no diet sodas or low-fat, no-sugar treats. Tehy are full of bad stuff that you don't need.
Stick to a diet of natural foods. Protein the size of a pack of cards and double up on vegetables. Brown rice is a good source of fiber.

If you want to lose weight real fast cut out all kinds of starches and that'll kick the water bloat out of your body. Its a quick fix but don't do that forever. Eat small portions, but eat like 6 times a day. Snack on good low-carb foods like nuts and vegetables. Keep your metabolism up! If your cut out carbs for the first two weeks you could lose up to 15 pounds in just water weight.

Keep it natural, keep it healthy, do your research. Don't eat processed crap. Ever looked into a cleansing? Get educated. take your time. make small changes every day. don't get discouraged if you fail once. Treat yourself if you need to. Have a hershey kiss if your want. don't be too tough on yourself, treat it is as a health thing not a diet thing. You'll feel great if you do this.

AND EXERCISE. THERE IS ALWAYS TIME!!!!! There is always time to exercise. How bad do your want it? You can find a way to get a little more time out of your day to do something. Please EXERCISE and eat healthy. DO not starve yourself. I;ve done it and it jsut kills your metabolism. don't do it!!!!!

Cut your calories by half! And if you cant get to the gym, at least try to walk! You need to add some kind of excersise to lose the weight faster! It will burn the calories and the weight will drop off!

Eat half of what you have been eating. Run and exercise every other day.

Keep a food diary & look for your weaknesses. Eating late maybe? Snacking too often? Not eating breakfast? Not eating enough? Alcohol? Chocolate?

eat 3 square meals a day in equal portions. make sure to eat no more than you origionally put on your plate, and don't have seconds. and make sure to eat yogurt after every meal it helps you digest more.
before you go to sleep make sure to drink lots of water, and that will cause you to "flush out" your system and helps you lose weight.

exercise really is the best way to lose weight. also, eating five or six small healthy meals a day will boost your metabolism. there are no other healthy substitutes for losing weight. unless you are willing to pay for surgery.

Have a good breakfast, then have an easy meal, try to walk, also drink alot of water, don't eat dinner.
Don't listen to the people that call you names like fattas they are so stupid.

You get in a good balance diet. You could eat everything but easy meals ok.

exercise, and watch what you eat. Losing fast is not healthy, it would probably be fluids that you loose. You know you did not put on the weight overnight and it sure won't come off overnight.

hop up on fruits and vegatables....work out 20-30 minutes a day......slim milk...a fruit for breakfast....trade white bread for wheat bread......fish/or/lean meat............drink tons of water..it helps regulate a diet

There are two kinds of weights and it really depends on the weight your talking about? there a spiritual burden and there's a fleshly weight. You are beautiful the way God made you. Be encouraged no matter what others think and if you think that you need time to exercise pray about it because prayer will change things. God bless!

Eat what you do now - but less of it.

Put your dinner on a smaller plate so it looks more, and reduce the amount of each material.

Don't try to give up your favorite things completely. This is too hard and you will soon relapse.

Drink hot water before meals.

Eat wheat--abix with fat free milk before meals.

Don't get bored watching TV and start snacking. Do something else.

Hang out with skinny people and do what they do.

I stopped eating anything with sugar in it. That includes canned food from the store also. I have lost 10lbs. in 3 weeks. That is all I have done different. No pop candy sugar in coffee etc.

If you want to lose weight as quick and healthfully as possible you need to reduce your simple carbohydrate intake, and increase your vegetable intake. Replace your breads and pastas with raw nuts & veggies. Eat salads and lean meats. When you do eat carbs, eat complex carbs, such as whole wheat bread, raw nuts and whole grains. The only reason you have fat on you is because you are indulging in too many simple carbs, such as sugar, white bread, white pasta, etc.

As a rule, if you lose the weight quickly, you will regain it quickly, as the brain thinks the body is starving & will add more fat & sugar for you to metabolize. To keep it off, lose it slowly, even though it is frustrating.

I lost 11 lbs so far in only 13 days... I don't know that you would have the same results w/out working out, but I am sure they would be good for you.
