How can i lose ten pounds by january 1st??!

Cut down on carbs and sugar. EXCERCISE that is the
key to successful weight loss....from housework to
wallking, shoveling snow etc. anything that gets you
moving is burning calories. lifting weights up to 5 lbs.
helps build lean muscle which burns fat. eat foods
that are not processed, shop in a whole food store.
load up on chicken and turkey no meat, coconut shrimp
from a whole food store is low in calories w/1gm.of sugar...
do NOT drink soda....stick to spring water, iced tea or coffee,
tunafish water packed, no pot.chips eat pita chips w/sea
salt, no table salt. Drink LOTS of water and eat fruit. Do
it all including the excercise in moderation. Works for me
and I live and eat like that every day and have maintained a proper weight and feel energized all day. If you do things
in moderation and treat yourself once in a great while if
you should have a craving for a particular food you will
have a great success level. If you want a cookie have one
not 10. If you feel like another go brush your teeth and
chew a mint gum. Craving will disappear. It works!!!!!!!

10 pounds seems a lot to lose in a couple weeks, would a more reasonable amount not be say 5 or 6 pounds? if so eat less and exercise more
